Parks and Recreation returned to Halloween throughout its run, turning the holiday into some of Leslie Knope's most memorable missions — chasing a teenage park vandal, throwing a haunted house on the night of a recall vote, and more. All seven seasons stream in the U.S. on Peacock, with individual episodes available to rent or buy. Ratings are each episode's IMDb user score.

A note on the ratings column: since Rotten Tomatoes doesn't score individual TV episodes, the column uses each episode's IMDb user score.

A note on streaming: Peacock holds exclusive subscription rights to all seven seasons in the US right now. It's not currently on Netflix or Hulu. Amazon and Apple TV still sell individual episodes and seasons a la carte if you'd rather not subscribe to Peacock.

Episode Synopsis

"Greg Pikitis" — Season 2, Episode 6

Leslie tries to catch a teenage vandal, Greg Pikitis, who trashes the park every Halloween and has evaded consequences for years. She enlists Andy as backup and gets drawn into an increasingly personal cat-and-mouse game with the kid, who seems to always be one step ahead. Meanwhile, Ann throws a lackluster Halloween party until Tom livens things up.

"Meet 'N' Greet" — Season 4, Episode 5

Leslie's chance to court votes from Pawnee's business community gets undercut when Tom uses the same event to promote his own venture, Entertainment 7Twenty, instead of supporting her campaign. On the side, Andy and April throw a Halloween party without telling Ben ahead of time, which leads to some awkward timing once he shows up.

"Halloween Surprise" — Season 5, Episode 5

Ben gets a new job offer that forces him and Leslie to confront where their relationship is headed. Ron and Andy take Diane's daughters trick-or-treating, which puts a strain on Ron's new relationship with Diane. Tom, still reeling from a business setback, starts hunting for his next big idea. Ann and Leslie also give Jerry a minor heart attack along the way.

"Recall Vote" — Season 6, Episode 7

On the same day Pawnee votes on whether to recall her from office, Leslie throws herself into building a haunted house with Ben, Ann, and Chris rather than sit with the anxiety of the results. Tom, worried about losing his Rent-A-Swag business, talks Ron and a local tastemaker into helping him save it. The vote doesn't go Leslie's way, and the back half of the episode deals with her processing that loss.
