The Office: Thanksgiving Episodes Guide
The Office never built a dedicated Thanksgiving episode — only "WUPHF.com" actually takes place during the holiday, and even then it's mostly backdrop to Dwight's parking-lot hay festival. It's listed below, followed by two episodes that land on Thanksgiving watch lists for their mood rather than their setting. Everything streams in the U.S. on Peacock, with individual episodes available to buy or rent. Ratings are IMDb user scores, since Rotten Tomatoes doesn't score the show's episodes individually.

Episode Synopsis
S7E9 – "WUPHF.com" (aired November 18, 2010)
This is the closest thing the show ever did to a Thanksgiving special, and even then it's mostly background texture rather than the main event. Dwight decides to capitalize on the holiday by throwing a hay bale festival in the parking lot, crowning himself "Hay King" and running a petting zoo, which is where Angela ends up meeting the state senator who becomes her boyfriend. The actual A-plot has nothing to do with the holiday: Michael and Ryan try to keep Ryan's floundering startup, WUPHF.com, afloat after the coworkers who invested start demanding their money back. Meanwhile Jim discovers a new commission cap has killed his motivation to sell, and starts slacking off in increasingly petty ways. It's a solid mid-season entry, though the Thanksgiving angle really only exists to explain why there's a hay festival happening at the office in the first place.
Honorable Mentions (Not Actually Thanksgiving Episodes)
These two show up on "Thanksgiving watch list" roundups from entertainment sites purely because of their mood or subject matter, not because they take place around the holiday. Worth flagging so there's no confusion:
- S4E1 – "Fun Run" (aired September 27, 2007): Gets recommended for its "Turkey Trot" charity-run parallel, but it aired in late September and has nothing to do with Thanksgiving.
- S4E13 – "Dinner Party" (aired April 10, 2008): Gets recommended because it's an excruciatingly awkward dinner party, which feels thematically close to a bad family Thanksgiving. It aired in April, though, with zero connection to the holiday itself.
